After surgery for her breast cancer, Marie struggled with the treatment’s side effects. She struggled to take care of herself and carry out day-to-day activities, due to restrictions on her range of motion and constant pain and fatigue.

Shortly after starting cancer rehabilitation therapy, Marie was able to start doing things for herself again and gain her independence back. Now, she advocates for anyone going through similar challenges to have access to cancer rehabilitation services
